Amazing food, delightful hotel, favourable location in inner area. Nice design, brand-new and large rooms and outstandingly accommodating staff. Great breakfast, including bread, granola, yogurt, fruit, and scrambled eggs. Had great service. Good pool. Location short walk to the nice restaurants and bar are, Willemstad / punda, and the historic centre of Pietermaai. Very positive stay, as always.

The location is wonderful, right by areas of the island as well as a hotel/restaurant. Pietermaai is a district that deserves exploring. - the venue serves bread, granola, yogurt, fruit, and scrambled eggs in the morning.

The staff was really great! From the security guys to the front desk people, all of them very nice and polite! The room was very good but a little bit dark. The restaurant has great food!

A stay at Hotel 't Klooster will provide the guest with a truly unique experience. Located within the heart of Willemstad, the hotel is only a short stroll away from Fort Amsterdam and the Queen Emma-bridge. The serenity of the courtyard within the hotel, which one will experience during breakfast as well as at night, is unforgettable. The rooms contain modern furniture and appliances. (E.g. the airconditioning and the cupboards). Yet, the modern contrasts so poignantly with the old (tiled) Dutch-tropical interior in a very pleasant way. The hotel staff offers splendid service and caters to all needs without delay. I can recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable holiday.

The room was full of ants in one area when we checked in . this was sprayed but the following day a dead cockroach turned up no doubt killed by the spray for the ants .. The bathroom was triangular with the shower having an opening of about 30 inches tapering down to less than 12 inches you have to step out of the shower to soap your skin and do not be too large or you will not be able to get into it in the first place .. one soap dispenser in the shower enclosure .... no separate soap for the sink . we stayed in room #1 and were told that the hotel was full so we could not get another room although we saw very few other guests ... if you must stay there make sure it is not Room #1

I had a great stay at 't Klooster in Willemstad. The location was perfect, close to all the dining, entertainment, and shopping hot spots. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel was surprisingly calm and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing everything I needed, from hairdryers to outlet adaptors. The outdoor pool area with cozy seating and hammocks was a perfect spot to relax. Although the continental breakfast was a bit lacking in options, it gave me the chance to venture out and try local breakfast spots. The rooms, especially the delux with its spacious sitting area, were comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice and relaxing stay in Willemstad.

Friendly staff who were ready to assist with anything. I appreciated having a room with a kitchen where I could cook my own meals 🍳.

The fact that it is a converted historic building
One female member of the reception staff does not have the right attitude to work in the hospitality industry.

Very nice and quiet place, walking distance to Punda centre and the bus station. Wanted to stay just 3 days and then move over to another place, but decided to stay the whole week (i.e. I'm still here!).

Hotel staff are polite and very spontaneous and friendly. Thumps up!
In view of raining season there were a lot of mosquitos around the swimming pool.

This hotel is situated in a great location, as it is close to many restaurants, bars and the city center. You won't have any difficulty getting around, as the hotel is in a picturesque district. the rooms are spacious and the courtyard is a great place to relax after a long day.
The cleanliness in the rooms could have been better.
